RETURN POLICY
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Refunds

90-Day Product Protection
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item experiences a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or other appropriate resolution, subject to review and verification.
This protection does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper handling.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
